- During use, the product may overheat which could pose a burn and fire hazard. As of January 31st 2020, the company has received 12 reports of the product overheating or catching fire, and no report of injury.

- Customers should immediately stop using the affected product, remove the batteries from the battery compartment, and return the product to a Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. location for a refund. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
