- The affected cups may crack or break, posing a burn hazard to consumers. As of January 7, 2020, the company has received one report of a minor burn injury in Canada.
- Recomendaciones
- Consumers should immediately stop using the affected cups and either return the cups to any participating locations for a refund or dispose of the product. For more information, consumers may contact the company by email. A list of participating locations that carried the cup can be found on the company website. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
