- The Triangle piece of the shape sorter, may in some cases be slightly too small, and potentially pose a choking hazard. As of January 7, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

- Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact QHouse to obtain a replacement Triangle Piece. For more information, consumers may contact (514) 457 3088 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday or by email. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
