- The affected saunas may not comply with Australian electrical safety standards. The affected saunas have additional infrared heaters fitted at the front of the sauna that may not be earthed correctly. The plug and cord on the affected saunas are not certified. Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock if the sauna develops a fault and consumers touch the infrared heaters that are not earthed. Risk of serious injury, death or property damage from fire if the plug and cord overheat and catch fire.
- Recomendaciones
- 1. Stop using the affected saunas immediately. 2. Contact Inner Light Sauna to arrange for a technician to repair the affected sauna. 3. Repairs are expected to be available from 30 September 2025.
