- The glue used to secure the grip to the handle may have been defective and the hand grip on the Forearm Crutch is not securely affixed and may slip and/or detach from the crutch. If the handle grip slips or detaches from the crutch and the user becomes unstable, there is an increased risk of falls that may result in injury.
