- The adjustable T-bar on the steering stem may crack or fracture if the bolt is overtightened or if the scooter is ridden in rough conditions, such as off-road, over kerbs or speed bumps. If the T-bar stem cracks or fractures while the scooter is being ridden, there is an increased risk of an accident or serious injury or death to the rider.
