- Bottles in affected batch number 754020 are mislabelled. These bottles may contain Para Tone multi-vitamin tablets instead of Sym Balance multi-vitamin tablets. Consumers taking the wrong multi-vitamin tablets may suffer adverse health effects. Additionally, users may be exposed to ingredients that they are sensitive or allergic to. If a user suffers an adverse reaction they will not be able to check the ingredients list to identify the possible cause and seek appropriate treatment.
